On the weekend of December 6 and 7 Christchurch will combine its own unique cycling culture with the growing international passion for the bike in the Armstrong Peugeot Festival of Cycling featuring a Harbour Ride and a City Criterium.

The University of Canterbury’s Bachelor of Arts degree has been revamped for the 21st century.The degree has been restructured in a move aimed at ensuring the University continues to provide graduates with a qualification of a high quality, and the skills to participate in an increasingly globalised world said Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences Colin Goodrich and senior lecturer Dr Mike Grimshaw (School of Philosophy and Religious Studies).
