work on new projects and prepare for new plantings. The regular
Garden Festival, Gardenz,
will take place in Hagley Park over Labour Week from 22nd to
25th October.
In early December Canterbury will be invaded by Heritage Rose
lovers on their way to the 10th
International Heritage Roses Conference in Dunedin. The
PreConference programme involves delegates visiting gardens in
North Canterbury and the Ashburton area over the 6th and 7th
